How long does delivery take?

Our products are made to order and so the average shipping time is between 2-5 weeks. In some cases, shipping may take less than that and in some cases, it may take longer than 5 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country. We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages. Please refer to our shipping information page for more detail.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order number on our Track Your order page. 


I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

Our Vintiige team operates from more than one warehouse and so not all items and tools are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they will get to you! :-)

There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

How secure is my personal information?

Vintiige adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored
