Shipping Process

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Lead time: Order verification, production, quality checking, and packaging. All of our products are hand-crafted and can take up to 10 days for completion.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. International delivery can take 15–60 business days. Please refer to our chart below.

Once your order has been despatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. This number may take a couple of days to go live once your item begins to move within the mailing system. Please head to our Track your order page and use this number to receive updates on your parcel delivery.
